west~bourne is a LA inspired, vegetable forward, mission driven all~day café in Soho. Through our partnership with the ROBIN HOOD FOUNDATION, a portion of every purchase made at west~bourne, including all Catering orders, will benefit neighboring non-profit THE DOOR, to fund hospitality job training for youth in our community, and we hire from that very program to build our team. Let's come together to eat well, and do even better.
All items on west~bourne's catering menu are prepared fresh daily from high quality ingredients that are local and organic wherever possible. We assure a beautiful presentation, delivered with high touch details and care by our professional, warm west~bourne team members. Our Catering Team is excited to hear from you and collaborate with you to make your event something special.
Catering orders must be confirmed 72 hours prior to your delivery to guarantee our full menu offering or to create custom packages. Our menu items change with the seasons and are subject to availability. All catering orders are subject to a 10% special events fee. Catering orders are subject to a minimum food + drink total of $150.
Food can be delivered to you seven days a week within Manhattan. Delivery charges are based upon distance from our restaurant. We will arrange for delivery and provide an estimated delivery fee when you place your order.
west~bourne caters film and photography shoots, meetings, cocktail parties, weddings, and many other types of events. We provide the following options for your specific needs:
1. Pick-up at west~bourne
2. Drop Catering Service (food delivery only ~ delivery fee applies)
3. Drop Set Catering Service (delivery and set up fees apply) ~ we will unpack and attractively set up your catering order onsite
4. Offsite Full Catering Service (passed, stations, or seated ~ delivery, design and staffing fees apply) ~ please see below for more details
west~bourne’s stunning Soho space is available for large group bookings and full restaurant buyouts, where we can accommodate between 30 to 50 Guests depending on the activation. Meals may consist of passed hors d’oeuvres, prix fixe menus, beautiful bounty spreads or a custom creation to fit any needs. At least 14 days advance notice is required for onsite events.
Utensils, napkins, and cups (as needed) are included with all orders. Custom or bamboo plates are also available upon request with advanced notice for an additional charge. All items are packed in disposable, compostable packaging, aligned with west~bourne’s zero-waste mission.
PLATTERS, TRAYS + PLATEWARE
All of our catering items are thoughtfully packaged and displayed in either single-serve vessels or large-form containers, wooden platters or trays with serving utensils - all of which are recyclable or compostable. For Full Service Events we are able to provide west~bourne plateware, glassware and reclaimed denim cloth napkins for an additional rental fee.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to your order must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your scheduled event will result in non-refundable charges.
PAYMENT + GRATUITIES
A 50% deposit is required for all Catering and Event orders over $200, with the remaining balance due at pick-up or at the completion of the event. west~bourne is a hospitality included culture where Team Members are paid at a premium hourly rate that greatly exceeds the minimum wage; therefore, we graciously decline gratuities. We do however accept voluntary donations to our charitable partner, The Door, should a Guest be so inclined.
